变频器与电(dian)(dian)机的电(dian)(dian)缆多长为(wei)宜

  整流回馈单元供应商提醒您:变频器输出的电压波形只是类似于正弦波,而绝非真正的正弦波,其波形中含有大量的谐波成分。


  众(zhong)所周知(zhi)高次谐波(bo)(bo)会使变频(pin)(pin)器(qi)输出电流(liu)增(zeng)大,造(zao)成(cheng)电机(ji)绕组(zu)发热,产(chan)生振动和噪声,加速绝缘老化,甚至还有可能损坏电机(ji)。同时,各(ge)种频(pin)(pin)率的谐波(bo)(bo)会向空间(jian)发射不同程序的无线电干(gan)扰,有可能会引起其(qi)它机(ji)电设备的误动作。


  因此在安装变频器时,需要综合考虑中心控制室、变频器、电机三者之间的距离,才能尽量减少谐波的影响,提高控制的稳定性。


  (一)距离的定义:

  1、近距离:变(bian)频器和电机(ji)之(zhi)间的距离≤20m;

  2、中距离(li):变频器和电(dian)机之间的距离(li)>20m,并且≤100m;

  3、远距离:变频(pin)器和电机之间的距离>100m;


  (二)工业使用现场的场合:

  1、近距离:变(bian)频(pin)器和电机之间可以(yi)直接连接;

  2、中距离:变频器(qi)和电机之间可以直接连接,但是,需(xu)要调(diao)整(zheng)变频器(qi)的载波频率来减少谐(xie)波及干扰;

  3、远距离:变频(pin)器和电机之间可(ke)以直接连接,不但需要调整变频(pin)器的载波频(pin)率来减(jian)少(shao)谐波及干扰,而且,还需要加装输出交流电抗器。


  (三(san))高度自动化的(de)工(gong)厂(chang)里(li):

  在高度自(zi)动(dong)化的工厂(chang)里(li),所有的设备都需要(yao)在中(zhong)心控制(zhi)室所有进行监控及控制(zhi)。所以,变频器(qi)系统的信号也要(yao)送到中(zhong)控室。

  1、近距离:即(ji)变频(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)若安装在中心控(kong)(kong)制室。控(kong)(kong)制台与变频(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)之间,可(ke)以直接连(lian)接,通过0-5/10V的(de)电(dian)压信(xin)(xin)(xin)号和一些开关量信(xin)(xin)(xin)号进(jin)行控(kong)(kong)制。但是,变频(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)的(de)高(gao)频(pin)(pin)开关信(xin)(xin)(xin)号的(de)电(dian)磁(ci)辐射对(dui)弱电(dian)控(kong)(kong)制信(xin)(xin)(xin)号会产生一些干扰(rao),因此(ci)也不一定(ding)要美观整齐(qi),把变频(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)放(fang)在中心控(kong)(kong)制室内;

  2、中(zhong)距(ju)离:即变频器与中(zhong)心控制室(shi)距(ju)离远一(yi)点,可以采用(yong)(yong)4-20mA的电流信(xin)号和一(yi)些(xie)开关量作(zuo)控制连(lian)接(jie);如(ru)果(guo)距(ju)离更远,可以采用(yong)(yong)RS485串行通信(xin)方(fang)式来连(lian)接(jie);

  3、远距离:即(ji)变频器与中(zhong)心控(kong)制室的(de)距离大于100m。此时,可以(yi)利用通(tong)信中(zhong)间继电(dian)器达到(dao)1km的(de)距离;如(ru)果(guo)还(hai)要(yao)远,则需要(yao)采用光纤连接器,最远可以(yi)达到(dao)23km。


  采(cai)用通信(xin)电缆连(lian)接,可以很方(fang)便(bian)地构成多级驱动控制系统,从(cong)而实(shi)现(xian)主/从(cong)和同(tong)步控制等要求。与目前流行的现(xian)场总线系统相(xiang)连(lian)接将使数(shu)据变(bian)换速率大(da)大(da)提高。中心控制室与变(bian)频器机(ji)柜之(zhi)间(jian)的距离的延长,有利于(yu)缩短变(bian)频器到电机(ji)之(zhi)间(jian)的距离,以便(bian)用更加合理的布局改善系统性能。
